what do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
Payment:If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase it is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. process of ordering
Customers may place their order in the Webshop (either for a ready-made or a customized product) by putting the item(s) into their virtual shopping cart by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button. Placing a product(s) to be ordered in CART shall not be deemed as a contractual offer, a call for proposal or a purchase order, Customer may delete these items at any times and without any further consequences from its shopping cart before finalizing the purchase order. Before finalizing the purchase order the Customer states that he learned and agreed to the content of this present GCC. After choosing the product, Customers shall give their personal data, shipping and billing address for billing purposes and shall choose the shipping and payment conditions. Order date of the product is the date of the order delivered to Komok by the Customer through the SHOP. Upon receipt of the order the Customer shall receive an automatically generated mail sent to the e-mail address indicated in the order, with a list of items of the purchase order placed.
If you change your mind you have the right to return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days based on the Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.) The 14 days deadline counts from the day you received the receipt of your purchase.
The return process should be started by contacting us via e-mail. Your e-mail should contain the following details:
• the name of the purchased product
• the ID number of your order
• the bank account number we can transfer the price of the purchased product
• the name of the account holder
After receiving our confirmation message to your e-mail please send back the product as a registered trackable package to our studio’s address. Please bear in mind that he shipping costs of the returned products must be covered by the Customer. We pay back the price of the product to the given bank account within 30 days after receiving the returned product.
Please feel free to contact us in case of any damage! In case there is a damage caused to your piece during proper use we repair it for free. If the damage can’t be repaired the broken products will be replaced. In case of a damage caused during improper use the Customer needs to cover the costs of the repair.
